Teriyaki Chicken
Dinnersingredients:
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 rotisserie chicken
• 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
• 2 teaspoons fresh, peeled, minced ginger
• 2 teaspoons fresh, peeled, minced garlic
• 2 teaspoons cornstarch
directions:
1. heat olive oil in skillet over medium high heat
2. in mixing bowl whisk together soy sauce, water, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cornstarch
3. Add chicken to skillet, followed by sauce. Stir for 30-60 seconds until sauce thickens
