Cinnamon coffee cake cupcakes
Dessertsingredients:
• betty crocker cinnamon streusel muffin mix
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2/3 cup water
• 2 eggs
• frosting
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 4-5 tablespoons whole milk
directions:
1. preheat oven to 400┬░
2. line muffin tins with paper baking cups
3. in a bowl, stir water, eggs, oil and muffin mix
4. divide batter into cups
5. bake for 15-20 minutes
6. make frosting while cupcakes are baking/cooling
7. beat butter over medium speed until soft and creamy, continue to beat while slowly adding powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached
8. frost the cupcakes and sprinkle cinnamon streusel on top
