Green beans
Sidesingredients:
• green beans
• 2 small cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• salt and pepper
directions:
1. bring large pot of water to a boil with 1 teaspoon salt
2. Add beans. cook for 4 minutes. beans should turn a bright green color. drain and rinse beans
3. cut any brown bits off the ends of the beans
4. mince garlic
5. heat oil in large pan over medium heat. Add beans and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until garlic is golden brown
