Snickerdoodles
Dessertsingredients:
• 1 cup butter
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 3/4 cups flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• ~cinnamon sugar~
• 1/4 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
directions:
1. preheat oven to 350┬░
2. in a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar for 4-5 minutes, until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Cream 1-2 minutes longer
3. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt
4. In a small bowl stir together cinnamon sugar mixture
5. wrap dough and let refrigerate 20-30 minutes
6. roll dough into balls dip dough balls in cinnamon sugar mixture, make sure balls are fully coated
7. place dough on parchment lined sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes
