Sweet pork
Dinnersingredients:
• 14 oz can diced green chiles
• 1 10 oz can red enchilada sauce
• 2 1/2 cups coke
• 2 lbs pork loin
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/4 cup water
directions:
1. In a ziplock bag add pork, 3/4 cup coke, and 1/4 cup brown sugar.
2. Let ziplock bag sit in fridge for at least an hour.
3. Add pork to slow cooker and discard marinade. Add 1 cup coke, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, water, garlic salt, and onion powder to slow cooker.
4. Cook on high heat for 3 hours.
5. Pull apart pork with a fork and drain crockpot.
6. Blend green chiles, enchilada sauce, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup coke.
7. Add sauce and shredded pork back into slow cooker and cook for 30 minutes.
